A Squared Analytics (A2A) was formalized as a concept in 2024.A dynamic data consulting company specializing in providing valuable insights to governmental, non-profit, and behavioral health organizations. We also offer subcontracted analytics services to other consulting firms, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive positive change in their operations.

Our People

A Squared Analytics (A2A) was established by Dr. Garrett Jenkins to provide government, non-profit, behavioral health, and other human services agencies with access to affordable, high-quality business intelligence driven by cutting analytics and modern data solutions. In addition to academic training in advanced statistical methods, Garrett has served in a variety of senior professional analytics roles, including as the Reporting and Analytics Lead for the California Governor's COVID Vaccine Task Force.

In addition to his methodological expertise, Garrett has subject matter expertise in substance use, addiction, recovery, and applied behavioral health. Beginning his career in clinical community behavioral health, Garrett worked in this field for 6 years before pursuing advanced training in evaluation and analytics. During his time in academia, Garrett focused on the application of advanced quantitative methods for modeling complex human behavior.

Collaborators

Brianna Hernandez is a public health practitioner and researcher with expertise in health equity, healthcare access, and substance abuse prevention. She currently works on a SAMHSA-funded Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grant, ensuring federal compliance and overseeing program evaluation to drive measurable improvements in behavioral health services.

With a PhD in Prevention Science, Brianna specializes in program evaluation, research design, and data analysis, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Her work focuses on addressing the social determinants of health and advancing equity through evidence-based approaches.

Brianna’s expertise in federal grant compliance, coupled with her passion for fostering systemic change, enables her to provide actionable insights and strategic solutions for organizations seeking to improve health outcomes and promote equitable access to care.
